NEOSA, the COSE Technology Network, is an industry-led, member-driven organization working to support the technology industry of northeast Ohio.

Founded in 1998, NEOSA has more than 870 members representing all facets of information technology: software development, IT services, website design and development, custom application development, IT recruiters and others.

NEOSA's signature programs include the annual Best of Tech Awards, CoolTech Challenge, and the CIO Symposium.

NEOSA also produces more than twenty events annually to support members and the tech community.

The monthly Sales and Marketing seminars offer great educational opprtunities; Quarterly Forums highlight strategic challenges for the industry like growth, funding and innovation; and the Networking events are legendary for the connections that are made.

CIO Symposium and CIO of the Year
The NEOSA CIO Symposium is the longest-running gathering of CIOs and IT executives in the region. In addition to world-class content, NEOSA also recognizes top performing CIOs and their teams with the CIO fo the Year and IT Team of the Year awards.
